Solymar Villas 2 & 3 are situated next to Solymar Villa 1 on a paradise beach in Jambiani, on Zanzibar’s East Coast. They’re located right on the beach, and are within easy walking distance to several good bars and restaurants.
Having only opened in June 2024, Solymar Villas 2 & 3 are modern and contemporary. Each villa has 4 bedrooms… and they can either be rented separately – or together, for larger groups.
All 3 Solymar Villas can easily be combined for larger groups.
The swimming pools have a separate shallow area, which is ideal for small kids.
Located directly on the beach, within easy walking distance to various bars and restaurants (and close to Paje for kitesurfers!)

Swimming is best at high tide (low tide is perfect for taking long beach walks!)
Each villa offers 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioning, fans, bed linen, beach towels and basic toiletries.
Both villas feature a terrace, kitchenette and private pool.
Although Solymar Villas are generally rented out exclusively, they can easily be rented together for larger groups. (There is an interleading gate between the 2 properties.)
Both villas 2 & 3 have their own swimming pool – which has a separate shallow end that’s perfect for smaller kids… and is likewise enjoyed by adults wishing to laze in the warm water!
Step out of your Villa and you can walk for miles in either direction along a wonderful white sandy beach… or just relax and unwind on a sun lounger and enjoy watching the fishermen coming in with their catch.
