Mikoko Villa is a real holiday home, designed and built by its current owners. It’s a 500m² double storey beach house on 2500m² of private and secluded beachfront property.
Mikoko offers 4 large double bedrooms with ocean views + 1 studio/media room that can sleep an additional 4 people. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, a private entrance, an en-suite bathroom and sea views.
There is a large indoor and outdoor living space, with a fabulous roof terrace with expansive views over the ocean and coconut groves.
The outdoor spaces include 2 infinity pools (one ocean and one garden facing), a large tropical garden, a yoga/gym space, and a boules court.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen and two bars.

The dedicated chef will spoil you with incredible cooking and the villa manager will happily arrange home massages, boxing classes, sunset sails on a traditional dhow boat – and even kite surfing with a private instructor.
The rugged coastline around Mikoko features coral rocks that are millions of years old. The beach is ever changing from sandy to rocky, and there’s a stunning sandbank just opposite the house (easily reachable by foot, but we advise bringing surf shoes.)
Due to its isolated location, the lagoon attracts fishermen and female seaweed farmers, rather than tourists and beach boys. The reef in front of the villa is unique (with swimming only possible at high tide) and provides an ever-changing landscape to enjoy from your terrace!
Situated just 4km south of Jambiani, Mikoko Villa offers a tranquil space with no unwanted noise or light pollution – and a taxi available at any time if you wish to explore Jambiani’s nightlife.
