firstly, the details…
Tell us about your requirements, and we’ll find the perfect place for you!
- How many people are you? (If any kids, what are their ages?)
- What are your dates? Are they flexible?
- What type of accommodation are you interested in? A small boutique hotel, a private villa with your own chef and swimming pool… or a large resort with all the amenities?
- Location? Would you prefer to be on a deserted beach, or have access to bars and restaurants?
- Do you have any special interests? Are you divers, snorkelers or foodies – or into culture and history?
- What’s your approximate budget? (Having an idea of your budget is a great help in matching you to the right property.)

We’ll suggest the best property/ies for your dates and budget… and send you a quote.
Once you’ve decided on your favourite place, we’ll make a provisional booking for you.
This ensures that nobody else can book it, while we finalize the details with you…
- What meal plan would you like? Would you prefer half board (breakfast and dinner), full board (all meals) or an ‘all inclusive’ package that includes all meals and drinks.
- Shall we include airport transfers?
- How about excursions and activities? There is so much to do in Zanzibar, and we’re happy to make recommendations. (See how spices grow, explore the historic and culturally fascinating Stone Town, swim with dolphins, visit the red colobus monkeys and fairy forest…)
- And remember, there’s no such thing as a stupid question… so ask away. (If we don’t have an answer, we will find out for you!)

Once we have everything in place, we’ll send you an invoice… and a 30% deposit confirms your booking!
(The balance payment is due 60 days before your trip.)

- We’ll arrange your airport transfers. (You’ll be met personally at the airport by your driver, who will be holding a signboard with your name on it.)
- We’ll liaise with your hotel / villa about any dietary preferences, special requests or special occasions, and will be on hand to answer any last minute questions.

We’ll send you a comprehensive itinerary with all the details of your upcoming holiday – flight details, transfer times, contact details… and plenty of useful information about Zanzibar.
